We collect the following data: name, email address, payment information (processed by Stripe), product purchase history, and creator profile data (bio, avatar, product listings).

Processing is based on: performance of a contract (account/transactions), consent (marketing), and legal obligation (accounting, fraud prevention).

Personal data is retained for the duration of the account plus a maximum of 3 years after account closure, unless legal requirements mandate a longer retention period.

These terms govern access to and use of the Dropmint platform. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. / Les présentes CGU régissent l'accès et l'utilisation de la plateforme Dropmint.

2. Platform description

Dropmint is a premium marketplace for digital micro-products. Creators may sell digital files to customers. Dropmint acts as an intermediary and charges a commission per sale depending on the creator's subscription plan.

3. Creator obligations

Creators warrant that: (a) they own or have the right to distribute the products they publish; (b) products do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (c) products comply with applicable law; (d) product descriptions are accurate and not misleading.

4. Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited: pirated software, illegal content, deceptive or fraudulent products, content violating third-party rights, automated spam products.

5. Payments & commissions

Payments are processed by Stripe. Dropmint deducts a commission (ranging from 3% to 25% depending on plan) from each sale before transferring the net amount to the creator via Stripe Connect. All prices are in euros (€) exclusive of tax.

6. Product slots & plans

Each creator subscription plan grants a fixed number of product slots. Exceeding the slot limit is not permitted. Downgrading a plan may result in excess products being paused (not deleted).

7. Refund policy

Given the digital nature of products, sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued in cases of technical failure preventing product delivery, at Dropmint's discretion.

8. Account termination

Dropmint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Applicable law / Droit applicable

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts. / Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français compétents.
